Project Introduction
The Iran Mall Administrative Building is located on the northern side of Hemmat Highway, directly opposite the Iran Mall complex, on a land area of 7,500 square meters. This building, with a height of 92 meters from ground level, comprises a total of 28 floors, of which 6 basement levels are dedicated to parking, while the primary use of the remaining floors is administrative and office spaces. In the ground to third floors, in addition to administrative areas, an amphitheater, kitchen and restaurant, meeting rooms, and a number of commercial units have been incorporated as complementary facilities for the building's office spaces.
The total number of administrative units in this building exceeds 110, with 10 elevators significantly facilitating the movement of personnel and visitors. Additionally, the parking capacity of approximately 850 vehicles largely alleviates the ongoing concern of parking availability in Tehran for the building's occupants.
The design and execution of this building have been carried out using the Shell and Core strategy, completing the external envelope and core installations to accelerate the construction process. This approach provides the flexibility for customized interior design of each unit according to the occupant's preferences, allowing the method's adaptability to align diverse owner requirements with high administrative standards.
